How can I apply for scholarships?

A scholarship is financial support made available for students, to bare the cost implications of their schooling. Scholarships could either be part or full, and is dependent on certain factors and criteria. However, scholarships can be awarded based on need or merit. 

Students can apply for scholarships by signing up for our study abroad travel plan. Once a provisional admission is gotten, applications can be forwarded to the institutions. Also, on meeting certain requirements, for some institutions, a scholarship may be offered alongside the admission, without any need for applying.

What school can accept me with my current qualification?

We have a list of institutions that are willing and would love to admit students from around the world. However, we may not be able to tell where you fall, based on your current academic qualification and hence, it will may be required that you sign up for our blog posts and news letters, to stay abreast with latest information regarding new study plans from our list of internationally recognized institutions. You could also contact support for further enquiries.

What opportunities are available for further studies like Pgd, Msc, Phd?

Our list of institutions offer provisional admission for Pgd, Msc, MA & Phd students respectively. However, getting admitted into any of these institutions for advanced studies is dependent on individual qualification and acceptance from the institutions, based on meeting institution required study and travel
requirements.

What is form i-20?

The i-20 form is for international students who want to study in the US. Studying in the US will require a US student visas and the I-20 student visa form is a required document for the processing the student visa. 

It is issued by the Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) to certified colleges and universities in the US, the I-20 form is a document that authenticates and proves ones studentship in any college or university in the US.

Does The Avalonic Travel Abroad Programme render assitance with VISA application?

The Avalonic Travel Abroad Programme (ATAP) is in no way affiliated to any Consulate or Embassy to any country and hence, do not provide support with visa applications. However, we may be able to provide some useful tips that may be of help regarding your knowledge of visa application.

Is it possible to transfer my studies?

Transferring studies are provisions made by very few institutions and is only available on organizational policies and structures, where a far study student decides to transfer and meets the requirements by the institution. 

It can also be possible in rare case scenarios of annex study centers or affiliation and upon approval of the institutions involved.

Then, proceed to filling the form of interest on the website. Once that is completed, the Avalonic Support Team would contact you within 24 hours. 

CAN I TRAVEL WITH MY CHILD/CHILDREN?

Yes you can. Travelling with your ward/kids isn’t a problem but would require special plans such as applying to schools, as well as making proper travel arrangements for them and that attracts a separate fee to get done. 

HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?

The time span to landing a job or gaining an admission abroad, vary slightly from each other, due to the uniqueness of both processes. The Work Abroad program takes 2 (two) months to process, while the Study Abroad program takes 1 (one) month to process.

WHAT DOCUMENTS ARE MOSTLY REQUIRED?

Documents required for the Work Abroad option are listed as follows: Applicants CV, Diploma/Certificate if applicable, International Passport, Testimonials from previous employers, Cover letter, Reference letter.

Documents required for the Study Abroad option are listed as follows: Applicants English test scores (if applicable), CV, Diploma/Certificate, International Passport, Academic Transcript, Reference letter.

CAN I APPLY FOR A WORK/STUDY VISA?

Applying for a Work/Study Visa is possible when an individual has been able to successfully secure an admission or employment abroad. A visa application can ONLY follow afterwards.

We understand that for obvious reasons, skepticism is a natural response when dealing with new persons/organizations. We are sorry to let you know that we are unable to assist you financially at this time. However, we have you in our prayers. We also have a mentorship program, dedicated for individuals interested in getting spiritual, intellectual and financial mentorship/leadership. It is a reading and mentorship program for serious participants only. You can indicate interest and you would be admitted.

CAN I PAY IN INSTALMENTS?

Yes you can. You can make payments in 2 (two) instalments only.  An initial payment of 75% will be made and the second instalment of 25% will be made upon completion of the process. 

Please note that the process CAN ONLY begin when 75% has been covered. You would then get access to your portal when the 25% is paid.

CAN I CALL THE PROVIDED WHATSAPP NUMBER?
